You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Site;
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
Scrape, data-mine, or use automated means to extract content from the Site without our prior written consent;
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Information on the Site regarding NetEffects’ services, including Talent Solutions, Direct Hire Staffing, IT Staffing, FORCE, Talent Pool, Delivery Teams, Payrolling, People Capital Consulting, and Nearshore/Offshore services is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement of NetEffects’ staffing or consulting services by a client or candidate is subject to a separate written agreement between the parties, which will govern the specific terms, fees, and obligations of that engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement will control.
The Site may link to third-party job portals (such as JobDiva) for browsing and applying to open positions. By submitting an application, resume, or related personal information through the Site or a linked career portal, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and truthful. Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview, placement, or offer of employment. Certain areas of the Site, such as the Employee Login portal, are restricted to current employees, consultants, or authorized users and are operated through third-party platforms (such as ADP Workforce Now). Access credentials for these systems are personal to you, and you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activity that occurs under your login. Your use of such third-party portals is also subject to that provider’s own terms of use and privacy policy.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, page layout, and software is the property of NetEffects, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify or remove any copyright or proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or public display of Site content without our prior written permission, is prohibited.
If you submit information to us through contact forms, resume uploads, newsletter sign-ups, or similar features, you grant NetEffects the right to use that information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your candidacy, or provide the requested service, consistent with our Privacy Policy. The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including social media platforms, job boards, and the ADP employee portal) that are not owned or controlled by NetEffects. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party sites. Your use of any linked third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.
